  Sign, sell, loan and renew players under the salary cap. Compare targets against your current players before you bid.

  Sponsors, running costs, wages and the bank. The club accounts show every pound in and out.

• The people

  A Director of Rugby with opinions, a board that sets challenges, the press after big results and investors who may bid for the club.

Short-term board challenges reward you with cash, fan letters react to your results, and every season ends with promotion, relegation or a trophy. Climb into Europe, set records on the leaderboards and, eventually, take charge of the national Union.
